In celebration of International Credit Union Day, our
Chapter Dinner featured Kim Houck as the guest speaker. Kim spoke about her experience managing a financial institution in
Kyrgyzstan, a former Russian Republic. It was a fascinating presentation, enjoyed by all.

In addition to having Mr. Rex Johnson speak, host's FSU
CU had Chapter Members in attendance drop off donations for the Children's Home Society and Refuge House. It was a very
festive evening with everyone enjoying Mr. Johnson's entertaining and inspiring presentation.

Berg, CCUE, CUCE of the Florida Credit Union League shared his expertise on IRA's with many credit union employees.
He talked specifically about Roth and Traditional IRA's, tax credits, educational savings accounts, death claims and life
expectancy and converting from traditional to Roth IRA's. This is an annual event everyone looks forward to.

SCORE Federal
Credit Union did a wonderful job hosting the Annual Dinner Meeting this evening. Along with the festive Valentine's
decor, the guest speaker, Mrs. Aletta Shutes, Executive Vice President of the Florida Credit Union League spoke to over 100
attendees about the state of CUPAC and what we can all do to help the cause.
This was also
a special time to recognize and honor a long time board member, Mr. Tom Napier who no longer serves on the Chapter Board.
We will miss him greatly.

| Bank Secrecy Workshop - March 18, 2004 |

On Thursday, March 18, Mr. John DeLoach of Williams,
Gautier, Gwynn & DeLoach, PA spoke to a large group of credit union professionals
at the Florida State University Credit Union. Topics included the Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC requirements
and customer identification policy requirements.

On Thursday, June 24 TMH Federal Credit Union hosted the Chapter dinner meeting. Steve
Whitcomb the Sr. Acct Rep. with Trans Union was the guest speaker. He covered Market Area Analysis done for the State of Florida, which identifies differences in credit
risk within the State of Florida verses nationally to assist in the lending arena and a collection tool called Inquiry Analysis which is a new innovative product used for skip tracing
offered by Trans Union.

This evening, the Tallahassee Chapter presented Mrs. Aletta Shutes of the Florida Credit Union League a check.
The check for $12,000 was raised for CUPAC during our 9th annual golf tournament.

Offered by KnowMore and the FCUL, The Chapter held a workshop on the new Florida drivers
license and how to use it to prevent fraud and identity theft. Our guest speaker was Mr. Peter N. Stoumbelis, Manager
of Program Operations for the State of Florida Drivers License Division.

The Chapter
utilized one of their own for this exciting workshop. Chuck Adcock of Florida State University Credit Union as well as Treasurer of
the Chapter led our first "Train the Trainer" workshop. He used his vast experience in the Credit Union world to explain
how to motivate employees, coach staff members and handle conflict effectively.

sponsored by FLAG Creidt Union this month and they did a wonderful job. The guest speaker was from Franceschi Advertising
who has worked with many credit unions as well as the Florida Credit Union League. The importance of branding was the
topic of the evening. Those in attendance were also encouraged to bring non-perishable food items to be donated to Planet
